Once your tenant signs the lease, Sago coordinates access for tenants to move in and provides required walkthroughs. Throughout their lease, Sago collects rent, coordinates and maintenance items needed (preventative, or emergency,) as well as deals with any late payments or bounced checks during rent collection. At move out Sago again does all required walkthrough documentation and then distributes Security Deposit as dictated by owner.
